CONDITIONS

1. CITY WIDE COURIER INC. will not be liable for -
     

   1. Goods improperly wrapped and/or packed.  

   2. Any loss or damage must be noted on the waybill at the time of delivery. Otherwise consignee’s signature will constitute clear receipt.

   3. Outstanding C.O.D’s not reported within 15 days.

   4. Breakage of goods not clearly marked fragile or glass.

   5. Delay of any goods, caused by an act of God, strikes, defects or inherent vice in the goods, or act or default of the shipper, owner or authority of law.

   6. Maximum liability $4.40 per kg. unless declared otherwise.
      
      

2. Any discrepancy must be reported within 30 days of statement date, or no adjustment can be considered.
   
   

3. Terms: - Payment due on receipt of statement.   2% (24% per annum) service charge will be assessed on balances exceeding 30 days.
